Lake Point residents, please be aware of several upcoming road maintenance and improvement projects scheduled over the next few weeks. These treatments are an important part of preserving our roads and extending the life of the pavement.
Scheduled projects include:
- Center Street (Blackrock to 1200 East): Asphalt Overlay
April 27 – May 2 - Saddleback: Crack Seal
April 30 - Saddleback: Micro Surface
May 11 - Hardy Road: Asphalt Overlay
May 13 – May 15
Residents may experience temporary traffic delays, lane restrictions, and limited access in work areas during construction. Please use caution when driving near crews and equipment, follow all posted traffic control signs, and allow extra travel time when possible.
