NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
The NORTH TOOELE FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
– The NORTH TOOELE FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE DISTRICT tax on a $560,000 residence would increase from $182.03 to $217.43, which is $35.40 per year.
– The NORTH TOOELE FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE DISTRICT tax on a $560,000 business would increase from $330.96 to $395.32, which is $64.36 per year.
– If the proposed budget is approved, NORTH TOOELE FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 19.45% above last year’s property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
